And what is this sports nutrition in general, what is its essence, what is it necessary for and how does it differ from a healthy diet, about which everyone seems to be talking, but do not really delve into its essence.

Sports nutrition: harm or benefit?
Usually, the desire to start eating correctly comes after purchasing a subscription to the gym. Especially after his first visit, where there are a lot of people with sporty bodies pulled up, who only discuss what, when and how many there are.

First of all, a healthy diet has a significant difference from a variety of diets, which guarantee amazing results for a couple of weeks, or even several days. This is constancy, a lifestyle, if you will. Eating right, a person gets all the nutrients and trace elements necessary for the normal functioning of his body, and loses all of this, driving himself into the harsh framework of the diet. It should be remembered that healthy food is simple food, the most natural and unprocessed foods. Of course, from the mere thought that healthy food is just a boiled chicken breast, served with a leaf of lettuce and a cucumber, it becomes somehow sad. In fact, the choice is much richer and more varied. It is difficult to abandon the sweet-salty-peppered food, which we marinate our body every day. But if you really want to have a beautiful, and most importantly healthy body, it will be a necessary condition with which you will either have to accept or forever abandon thoughts about it.

First of all, it is the use of fresh vegetables and fruits; steamed or grilled meat that supplies the body with plenty of protein; low-fat sour-milk products; eggs; natural oils: olive, walnuts and the complete exclusion from the diet of products containing refined sugar, GMOs and various preservatives. Sports nutrition, which is an integral part of one large system of healthy nutrition, helps athletes to fully solve this problem.

Do not confuse sports nutrition products with products of chemical origin and dietary supplements (dietary supplements), which simply allow people to lead an active lifestyle. Sports supplements contain a concentrate of nutrients, maximized, in which unnecessary substances, as well as carbohydrates and fats, are completely excluded. It is impossible to qualitatively calculate and balance your diet for the simple reason that the caloric content, glycemic index of products, the content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates vary with different ways of processing them, not to mention the fact that such important vitamins and trace elements are destroyed . In addition, even if you absorb meat, fish, cottage cheese and eggs in huge quantities, you still will not have enough of this to fully supply the body with the nutrients needed during heavy physical exertion.
